Refund & Cancellation Policy

Not Approved? Full Refund — Guaranteed.

If the independent reviewing physician does not approve your wellness program — in full or in part — you will be refunded for everything associated with that unapproved prescription, including your program payment, within 15 days of the physician's decision.

What Is Refunded

• Program payment: Refunded in full if the physician does not approve your program before dispensing.

• Shipping fee: Refunded only if no prescription is fulfilled.

No exceptions can be made regardless of circumstance, including dissatisfaction with results, change of mind, or lifestyle changes.

What Is Not Refunded

Outside of the physician approval guarantee, refunds may only be considered for:

  • Physician review fee: This fee compensates the independent licensed physician for their time reviewing your intake. It is non-refundable regardless of outcome.
  • Medications: Once dispensed by the pharmacy, medications are non-returnable and non-refundable. This is not a business policy — it is required by federal and state pharmacy law.
  • Program payments after dispensing: Once your prescription has been fulfilled and shipped, the program payment is no longer eligible for a refund.
All exception requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation with photos of packaging and contents.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted before your order is processed and sent to the pharmacy. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
